Placeholders insert dynamic information about your enterprise, your customers, and their reservations into emails. Use placeholders when you set up your emails to personalize them.
{titlePrefix} The email recipient's title (e.g., Mr. or Mrs.).
{firstName} The email recipient's first name.
{lastName} The email recipient's last name.
{name} The email recipient's full name.
{detailsHtml} A table with details about the reservation. Note: To ensure the email is formatted correctly, put this placeholder in between two paragraphs and wrap it with <div> tags.
{signInLink} A button for online check-in.
{signInUrl} A URL for online check-in.
{chatLink} A button that opens the customer's last message thread with your property (or starts a new one).
{chatUrl} A URL that opens the customer's last message thread with your property (or starts a new one).
{enterpriseName} The name of your enterprise.
{enterpriseEmail} The email address that customers can contact you at.
{enterpriseTelephone} The telephone number that customers can contact you at.
{groupId} The group ID number.
{released} The date and time that an optional reservation will be released.
{city} The city your enterprise is located
{qrCode} A 300x300 pixel QR code, which can be scanned at any Operator kiosk for a more convenient check-in.
{AddToAppleWalletLink} A link that will add the guest's reservation details to their Apple wallet (if they are an iOS user).
{checkOutTime} The official departure time of your property.
