After you create a product category, you can update it at any time.

Add an image

You can add an image of the product category for internal use.

Note: This image is not currently used outside of Commander.

  1. Go to Main menu > Settings > Services.
  2. Click on the service that the product category is attached to. This can be either your stay service of any of your additional services.
  3. Click Products.
  4. Click on the product category you want to add an image of.
  5. Find the Image section.
  6. Upload your picture—if you can see the file name in your documents, drag it into the dropzone. If not, click into the dropzone and search for the file by name.
  7. Click Change.

Update a product category

You can change anything about a product category, except the service it's attached to. If you want to attach a product category to a different service, you need to delete the product category and create it again.

  1. Go to Main menu > Settings > Services.
  2. Click on the service that the product category is attached to. This can be either your stay service of any of your additional services.
  3. Click Products.
  4. Click on the product category you want to update.
  5. Update the product category details.
  6. Click Save.
