Cancellation policies are attached to rate groups, so you must create a rate group before you can attach a cancellation policy to it.

Create a cancellation policy

  1. Create a new rate group or open an existing rate group to attach the cancellation policy.
  2. Under Settings, click Cancellation policies.
  3. Click the + button.
  4. Choose when you want the cancellation fee to be charged and in which currency. You can set up an absolute fee to charge a fixed amount or a relative fee to charge a percentage of the reservation cost.
  5. Enter all other cancellation policy details.
  6. Click Create.

Modify a cancellation policy

  1. Go to Main menu > Settings > Services.
  2. Select your stay service.
  3. Click Rate groups.
  4. Under the Cancellation policies column, click on the cancellation policy you want to modify.
  5. Update the cancellation policy details.
  6. Click Save.

Delete a cancellation policy

  1. Go to Main menu > Settings > Services.
  2. Select your stay service.
  3. Click Rate groups.
  4. Under the Cancellation policies column, click on the cancellation policy you want to delete.
  5. Click the Trash icon.
  6. Confirm by clicking Delete.
