You can view and organize restrictions as a list, or in a calendar.
- Go to Main menu > Settings > Services.
- Click on your stay service.
- From the Settings menu, click Restrictions.
The default tab is List view, where restrictions are arranged in a list—click on a restriction under the Time column to make modifications.
Click on Calendar view to see your restrictions arranged by date—click on a restriction and select the Edit icon to make modifications.
Note: If you have not created any restrictions, the Restrictions page will be blank.
You can use filters to refine which restrictions you see.
Works with the Start and End filters.
Start / End
Works with the Filter filter. Select a date range to only see restrictions that are applicable or created during the interval.
Note: If you don't select an interval, you will see all relevant restrictions.
Select Exact to Only show restrictions that exactly match all selected filters.
Select Relevant to show all restrictions that apply to the selected criteria.
For example: You want to view restrictions that apply to a specific rate. If you use the Exact filtering mode, you will only see restrictions that apply specifically to this rate. If you use the Relevant filtering mode, you will also see restrictions that apply to all rates (including your selected rate).
Select a specific rate to see restrictions that apply to that rate.
Select a specific rate group to see restrictions that apply to that rate group.
Select a specific space category to see restrictions that apply to that space category.
Select a specific space type to see restrictions that apply to that space type.
