Update an employee profile

  1. Go to Main menu > Settings > Employees.

  2. Click on the employee profile you want to modify.

  3. Update the employee’s profile. (If you need to correct an employee’s email address, you must delete the profile and create it again.)

  4. Click Save.

Grant an employee access to multiple properties

If you manage more than one property in Mews Operations, you can grant employees access to all or some of your locations.

  1. Log in to Mews Operations with an admin account.

  2. Create a new employee profile in each property that you want to give the employee access to, using the same name and email address each time.
