You can use company profiles to:

  • Create reservations with company rates
  • Track reservations and statistics for a specific company
  • Invoice companies when they pay for business travelers

Company profiles are shared across all of the property accounts in an enterprise, so you won't need to create them again in each property.

Note: Some channel managers can send reservations with both the company and the travel agency attached. Reach out to your channel manager to see if they support this.

Create a company profile

  1. Go to Main menu > Profiles > Companies.
  2. Click the + button.
  3. Enter the name of the company.
  4. Fill in any other relevant fields. If you want to connect the company to your external accounting software, fill in the Tax identifier and Accounting code fields. If you want to connect the company to a channel manager, fill in the Channel field.
  5. Click Create.

Modify a company profile

  1. Go to Main menu > Profiles > Companies.
  2. Click on the company you want to update.
  3. Update the company details.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a company profile

  1. Go to Main menu > Profiles > Companies.
  2. Click on the company you want to delete.
  3. Click on the Trash icon.
  4. Confirm by clicking Delete.

Note: After you delete a company you won't be able to assign it to reservations, but it will still be assigned to any future reservations that it was already attached to before it was deleted.
