1. Click Space status on the Dashboard. Learn more about the Space Status Report.
  2. Click Assign spaces to employees.
  3. In the Filter spaces section, you can narrow down the list of spaces by Type, Status, and Floor.
  4. Under Assignee, select the housekeeper you want to assign.
  5. Under Spaces, select the individual spaces you want to assign. You'll only see spaces that match the type, status, or floor criteria selected in the Filter spaces section.
  6. Click Assign.

Using the Commander housekeeping app, housekeepers can see all spaces assigned to them and update a space's status after cleaning or inspection.
