A space needs to be marked Inspected before a reservation can be checked into it.

Desktop

  1. Go to Main menu > Operations > Space status.You can use the filters to refine which spaces you see in the report. For more help with filters, read our in-depth reference guide on the Space Status Report.
  2. Click the More actions icon next to the space or child space (e.g. a bed within a dorm).
  3. Select the space's new status.

iOS

  1. Go to the Rooms tab. You can tap the Filter icon to refine the spaces you see listed.
  2. Tap on a space. To view child spaces (e.g. beds within a dorm), tap the v icon next to a parent space.
  3. Under Change space to, select the new housekeeping status. Under Change reason, you can also provide a reason which will be shown in the Space status report.
  4. Tap Save changes.

Android
