Process an order

  1. On the Dashboard, click Orders to process.
  2. Click the icon next to the order you want to cancel.
  3. Click Process.

Cancel an order

When you cancel an order that has already been paid for, the cost of the order will be rebated and the order itself will be marked as canceled.

  1. On the Dashboard, click Orders to process or Nothing to be done (this will change depending on whether there are any orders to process).
  2. Click the icon next to the order you want to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel.
