View orders to process

  1. On the Dashboard, click Orders to process (if you receive a new order, you can also click the notification).
    - The orders you still need to process will be listed under Current orders.
  2. Under the Service column, click on the name of the service to view the order details.
    - You can also click the name of a customer to go to their customer profile.

View archived orders

  1. On the Dashboard, click Nothing to be done.
    - Your archived orders (orders which have already been processed) will be listed under Archived orders.
  2. Under the Service column, click on the name of a service to view the order details.
