Mews Marketplace includes three different types of integrations:
- Basic: Completely free integrations.
- Connectable: Integrations where you have an existing contract with the partner and won’t be charged by Mews for usage.
- Purchasable: Integrations with a subscription fee automatically added to your monthly Mews invoice
Connect an integration
1. Go to Main menu > Marketplace.
2. Search for the integration you want to connect to.
- You can filter integrations by category.
3. Under the integration you want to connect to, click See More
. The final steps of the connection process vary depending on the type of integration.
Basic
4. Click Connect
to the right of the integration's name.
5. Complete all required fields.
- If you're having trouble, check if we have a guide for that specific integration.
6. Click Create
.
7. Click OK
.
8. A request is sent to the integration partner and they'll take over the setup process.
- Wait for further instructions from the integration partner.
Connectable
4. Click Connect
to the right of the integration's name.
5. Read the information and click OK
.

- Wait for further instructions from the integration partner.
Purchasable
Purchasable integrations have a 30-day trial period, so you can test them out with no risk — simply cancel your subscription within 30 days and you won't be charged.
If you already have a contract with the integration partner:
4. Select I already have account
, and then click Connect
.
5. Follow the Connectable
steps above.
If you do NOT have a contract with the integration partner:
4. Select Create new account
, and then click Subscribe
.
5. Read and accept the terms and conditions, and then click Purchase
.
(!) Accepting the terms and conditions is binding — a non-refundable monthly charge will be automatically added to your Mews invoice each month after the trial period.
6. Read the information and click OK
.
7. A request is sent to the integration partner and they'll take over the setup process.
8. Wait for further instructions from the integration partner.
Disconnect an integration
Basic
- Go to Main menu > Marketplace.
- Click My subscriptions.
- Click
Settings
next to the integration you want to delete. - Click , then
Delete
.
Connectable
- Go to Main menu > Marketplace.
- Click My subscriptions.
- Click
Settings
next to the integration you want to delete. - Click , then
Delete
. - Contact the integration partner directly to cancel your subscription.
Purchasable
- Go to Main menu > Marketplace.
- Click My subscriptions.
- Click

next to the integration you want to delete. - If you're still in the trial period, click 🗑️, then
Delete
. If the 30-day trial period has already passed, click 🚫 instead.
Note: If you disconnect an integration after the trial period, it stays in your subscriptions for 30 days. You can easily reintegrate it by following the same basic steps ( will appear as instead). If you don't, the integration will be removed from your subscriptions after this 30-day cancellation period ends.
