Seamlessly integrate the Hotel Spider channel manager and Mews PMS. Learn more about Hotel Spider.

Before you start

Here are some things to know before you set up Hotel Spider for Commander you need to:

- Purchase the Hotel Spider channel manager.

- Contact Hotel Spider support to:

- Request your room and rate codes.

- Schedule a date to test the integration together.

Note: If you're already live with Mews, we won't configure whole channel manager integrations for you—we'll just handle the testing, and help you out if you have any problems.

Ignore the product codes (they represent rate-space category combination) sent by Hotel Spider with your room and rate codes. These won't be used for mapping.

  1. Go to Main menu > Marketplace.
  2. Under Categories, click Distribution.
  3. Find the Hotel Spider integration and click See more.
  4. Click Connect.
