Mews kiosks are self-service kiosks that help properties shorten waiting times at check-in and check-out and increase guest satisfaction, letting your guests:

Check in

Guests can check themselves in through a Mews kiosk as long as:

  1. Arrival date is today
  2. Designated space has an ‘inspected’ status
  3. Reservation has a 0 balance or an outstanding balance (whichever option is pre-defined by a property)

Order stay products they have not yet purchased

Complete registration cards (if not completed online)

Select room numbers

Cut room keys

Check out

Currently, guests can only check themselves out through a Mews kiosk if:

  1. Entire bill is balanced
  2. No additional payments are necessary
