You would like to change the primary e-mail for your user account.

Employee with no direct reports

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a way to support this, therefore we recommend you rather create a new user account under the correct e-mail. Then delete the old user account with the incorrect email.

Manager with direct reports

If you have set up your current account with employees reporting, we will need to take a few more steps to correctly migrate.

  1. Create the new user account with the correct e-mail

  2. Make this new user account the superior/manager of the old user account

  3. Then move all underlying employees from the old account to the new user account

  4. Then remove the old user account with the incorrect email
