Mews Messaging is a communication tool and is a core feature of our Guest Portal, that was built to help guests communicate easier, in a more unconstrained manner than email.

It is a fully integrated solution within PMS, so no 3rd party integration is needed.

Messaging gives you an opportunity to be reached by the guest and promptly reply to them from any location.

At this moment we do not allow disabling Messaging, however we are constantly working on its improvements.
