In case your Kiosk displays a message similar to this, its possible that it's missing an important update. This can be done by resetting the device.

  1. Press and hold on the device power button and restart the device when given the prompt.

  2. Upon restart, the device should start to download the latest version of the Kiosk app.

  3. In case the error persists, please reach out to Support as this may be a sign of a bigger problem.
