The main way that guests are lead to Navigator Online Check-in is through links that are embedded into the Reservation Confirmation Before Start and Customer added email.

Before you decide to disable the online check-in you can always check what this great feature has to offer:


In case you do not want your guests to go through the Navigator Online Check-in you will need to remove these links. This can be done by customizing your email templates and omitting the {signInUrl} placeholder. Please follow the steps from the guide on how to customize emails and remove {signInUrl} from the Reservation Confirmation and Before Start email just click on the below button 😀

The Customer added email cannot be modified, in case you would like to remove it, please reach out to MEWS customer support on [email protected] and request for it to be disabled.
