If the charging was set up wrong upon creating the product, then, unfortunately, the products have to be deleted and recreated. This is so that existing reservations are not affected by the change.

Note: Only Stay products can have the Per night or Per person Per night charging option.

If the product was already in use; follow the next steps, if not you can ignore the following.

However, you must first create a new product with the correct charging rule.

Then 2 product rules must be created:

  • The condition should equal the rate the product was attached to
    The action must be to Cancel the first product with the wrong charging
  • The condition should equal the rate the product was attached to
    The action must be to Add the new product with the correct charging

Once this is done, Continue over to our Customer care team which will run a job to update Mews to avoid you updating the reservations manually.**

**Note: The team may ask you to split currently checked-in reservations and check-out the previous stays
