In case that you are trying to use Mews and you get an error message saying "Internal server error", it would help us very much if you could assist us by collecting information from your browser on the cause of the error. This will allow us to report it to the developers.

Please gather the HAR file of the error. On step 7 of the guide, please repeat the action which first caused the error notification to show up.
