Payments through the Merchant are processed by a third-party provider. We always wait for a response from them to see if it was a success or a failure. If the status is "pending" it is just that we haven't received the info from their end. If you think it's taking too long, please check with our helpdesk so we can have a look.
Cancel a Payment Request
If the payment is pending, it is possible to cancel the request by clicking the 3 dots on the payment request (see image), which will offer you the option to cancel the request.
