To search for specific reservations for example all No-shows navigate to the Reservations report.

To access it, click Reservation report on the Dashboard or go to Main menu > Reservations > Reservation report.

  • Select the dates
  • Make sure the Status matches your search. For a no-show list, Cancelled must be ticked
  • Group by: Select Cancellation reason
  • Add any other filter you believe is relevant to your search

Note: We always recommend to Export report instead of viewing them if they are pulled for a longer period of time.
