If the action you are trying to do actually works, but Mews still notifies you with an error, then it is likely that you have duplicate Mews Open APIs.

When you have more than 1 instance of the Mews Open API app, both versions process the command, the receiving device (printer, key cutter, etc) can only process once at a time.
