All payouts for transactions charged via the Merchant are transferred to the bank account provided in the Customer Verification form, usually when signing the contract with Mews.

If you would like to change your bank account details and receive the payouts on a different bank account, contact our Payments Specialist at [email protected] and he will send you a new verification form to complete. Prepare also a bank statement as it will be required by the team as well.

To complete the Customer Verification Form it's required to have prepared the following documents:

1. Extract from local business register/chamber of commerce AND/OR certificate of incorporation or other incorporation documents

2. Valid Company Representative's ID in color

IDs - front and back

Passports - first two pages (with the picture)

3. Proof of personal address for the Company's Representative

4. Valid Passport/ID of the UBO* in color

IDs - front and back

Passports - first two pages (with the picture)

* Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO)

5. Proof of personal address for the UBO

6. Official bank account statement, not older than 3 months, showing the Account details (e.g. IBAN/Account number, Swift, Bank) and the Account owner.
