All payouts for transactions charged via the Mews Payments are transferred to the bank account provided in the Customer Verification form, usually when signing the contract with Mews.

If you would like to change your bank account details and receive the payouts on a different bank account, contact our Payments Specialist at [email protected] and he will send you a customer bank details form to complete. Please also prepare a bank statement, which will be required by the team.

To complete the Customer Bank Details Form, you will need the following information:

1. An Official Company Name (same name as you have on an extract from a local business register/chamber of commerce)

2. A New Bank Account details

3. An Official Bank Account statement, not older than three months, showing the Account details (e.g. IBAN/Account number, Swift, Bank) and the Account owner
