You cannot set the chargeback notification yourself, we have to do it for you! Just let us know the email address you would like to receive the chargeback notification and we'll do it 😀
Note: Only one email can be set to receive the notification, if you want more people to receive it you could:
- Create a mailing group as 1 address (a shared email upon the people that should be notified)
- Set an automatic forwarding filter in order to forward the chargeback email to multiple emails.
