It's easy to set and change the chargeback notification email, but first you need to be an admin user. Then just go through the following steps:

  1. Go to Marketplace

  2. Go to My subscription

  3. Find your payment/merchant integration

  4. Click Settings

  5. Find the chargeback email field

  6. Add a new email address

  7. Click Save

That's it! You're done.
