When you take a payment with the Mews terminal, you have the option to cancel it directly from the terminal. When you do this:
💳 The terminal will show that the payment was unsuccessful.
🖥️ The payment will be marked as
Pending in Mews for several minutes--this is the time it takes for the merchant provider to send an update to Mews. After this time, the payment will be marked as
Canceled in Mews, too.
If the payment doesn't change to
Canceled after a couple of hours, contact our customer support team.
