Create a platform profile

  1. From platform scope, go to Main menu > Settings > Platform profiles.
  2. Click the + button.
  3. Enter the user's email address.
  4. Select Admin to enable all platform privileges for the user.
  5. If the user isn't an admin, select the platform privileges they should have under Privileges.
  6. Click Create.

Note:

  • Select the Manage enterprise profiles privilege during creation to allow the user to create and delete profiles for enterprises, to have the same rights as an enterprise employee with admin privileges, and to disable two-factor authentication for enterprise profiles.
  • Select the Manage platform profiles privilege during creation to allow the user to create and delete platform profiles and to disable two-factor authentication for other platform profiles.

Update a platform profile

  1. From platform scope, with a user who has the Manage platform profiles privilege, go to Main menu > Settings > Platform profiles.
  2. Click on the platform profile you want to modify.
  3. Update the platform profile.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a platform profile

  1. From platform scope, with a user who has the Manage platform profiles privilege, go to Main menu > Settings > Platform profiles.
  2. Click on the platform profile you want to delete.
  3. Click the Trash icon.
  4. Confirm by clicking Delete.
