Can we reprice products that have already been posted?‌

  • No. Currently, the only way to change the price of the posted item is to cancel it and post the new one with the correct price.

‌How do I know if the rebate was processed?

  • Once you've rebated an item a negative charge will be automatically be posted on the bill. You will then see a warning sign with the label To be refunded.

Can I do a partial payment for the selected items?

  • It is not currently possible to process partial payments for selected items.‌

Will it be possible to view Mews terminals from the group billing module?‌

  • Yes, the option to view terminals will remain the same.
