Before we start, please note that: all operations will remain disabled until the migration is finished. This includes reservation delivery, as well.

Please, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Mews and Cubilis support. All requests need to be communicated via email with all parties involved.

  2. Confirm that the mapping is up to date in both Mews & Cubilis. Cubilis support can send us a list of all active/inactive rates in Cubilis and tell us which rates are active/inactive in Cubilis.
    Note: Are the product rules and product mapping in Mews correct for the rates?

  3. Do the mapping in the Cubilis extranet while migrating. This can take up to 1-2 hours. Make sure you have time blocked to do this.
