Monthly invoicing is done on the first day of the month and Prepayment invoices are issued on an ad-hoc basis. Mews Payments balances are different every day and in the case of an insufficient Mews Payments balance on the day of invoicing, we cannot settle the invoice. As a result, the settlement hasn't been done and the invoice needs to be paid manually.
