According to GDPR regulation, guests can request their data be deleted. All requests for data deletion are received on your general email address which is under Property > Settings.
According to the regulation, all companies should have an appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO). This is usually a person or a company that is responsible for GDPR compliance.
If you want your DPO to receive data deletion requests, we can set up the email to be sent to them as well. Just send their email address to [email protected] and we will set it up for you.
Please note that if you have several properties with Mews, the same email will be used for all of them.
