According to GDPR regulation, guests can request their data to be deleted. The requests for data deletion are received on your general email address which is under Property > Settings.
According to the regulation all companies should have an appointed DPO - Data protection officer. This is usually a person or a company that is responsible for the compliance to the GDPR regulation.
If you want your DPO to receive the data deletion requests, we can setup the email to be sent also to them. Just sent their email address to [email protected] and we will set it up for you.
Please note that if you have several properties with Mews, the same email will be used for all of them.
