The payments can be done only via bank transfer - no other option is possible.
The bank details are always part of payment requests.
In the case you need to make a voluntary top-up* for your Merchant account, please do not forget to update the description (TOPUPXXXXX - XXXXX is the subscription ID of your property).

*In case your Merchant balance is not sufficient, you will need to top up your Merchant account to be able to process refunds.
