Availability blocks let third-party integrations block inventory at your property for specific channels. Those channels can then create reservations within their blocks.
The PMS supports availability blocks, but they can only be added through the Channel Manager API (so they can only be added through a channel).
You can't manage availability blocks in the PMS, but you can track and check them with the Availability or Occupancy report.
Hover over a cell in the Availability or Occupancy report to see the number of blocks which have been created in that space category on that date.
The format is Availability blocks: Remaining blocked spaces/ Total spaces in the block. For example, Availability blocks: 6/10, that means you've used 4 spaces from the block of 10.
Note: We won't take spaces for blocks from your availability adjustments; blocks are taken from your available spaces.
