Customers can confirm their reservations through our online guest service web app.
When an optional reservation is created, the customer receives a "Reservation quotation" email:
The body of the Reservation quotation email can be changed in the email template.

By clicking the button "Confirm or cancel reservation," customers will be redirected to the Navigator. After reviewing the reservation details, they can either click on the "Confirm reservation" button or the "Cancel reservation" button and click "Submit."
