Mews provides a hospitality platform that may be used for bookings, reservations, payments, and more.

Some of these operations may not always be noticeable. However, the whole process is accompanied by creating and modifying legal contracts and relationships between you (Partners) and your guests.

Since the whole contractual process is executed online via the Mews Platform, there are specific conditions for digital contracts that we must meet according to the law. Specifically, the records of contracts in the electronic system are presumed to be reliable if they are recorded systematically and sequentially and if they are protected against alterations.

In other words, the most important requirement is to provide a specific level of integrity, and this integrity of the platform is also necessary to keep existing contracts valid.

Therefore, Mews employees cannot unilaterally change data in the system unless it is specifically agreed in our General Terms and Conditions for Partners.
