While working on Channel manager mapping, you can come across an Unsynchronized rate.
If the rate is Unsynchronized, Mews will not send the pricing or restriction updates to the channel manager, but you still will be able to receive reservations.
How to Synchronize a rate?
Please, navigate to Main menu > Marketplace > My subscriptions > Channel manager Settings > Channel manager rates
Click on the unsynchronized rate's Channel manager ID, then you will see the Synchronized checkbox.
After you save it and finish the mapping, we recommend sending a manual push to ensure that all the changes were synchronized. The article below can guide you through this process:
