The "Automatic settlement error" email is sent if you have an automatic settlement enabled in Rate groups, and Mews was unsuccessful when trying to charge the customer's credit card.

Below you can see an example of the Automatic settlement error email:

Mews sends the email to the enterprise email address (Main menu > Settings > Property) and Bcc the email you have entered in Mews Payments integration (Main menu > Marketplace subscription > Merchant > Notification email) to inform you about the failure of the transaction.

Note: You can find the Mews Payments notification email in merchant integration settings.
