We believe adding more fields for the guest to fill in at the booking stage would have a detrimental effect on the user experience. This is especially true for returning users who, despite having their profile already present at the property, would still need to enter their personal data (e.g. nationality) every time they make a booking.

Please note: guests can still add the rest of their personal information via Navigator as they access their profile to check in.
