There is no direct data visualization tool to show you the increase or decrease of guests checking in and out online. However, you can export the data in an Excel sheet and create your own statistics. Here’s how:
On the Mews Dashboard, click on the Reservation Overview in the Reservation section.
Go to the Statistics tab.
In the right-hand side menu, select the following:
In the Services tab, select Stay.
Set the correct dates for which you want to run the report in the Start and End fields.
In the Status field, select Definite.
In the Type field, select Reservations.
Go to the OK button and click Export.
Once the report is ready, you’ll get a notification.
In the top right corner, click the bell icon.
Click on the Reservation report overview.
In the Exports window, click on the correct report in the Results column, which will initiate a download.
Once you open the report on your computer, you’ll see the reservations overview by dates with the possibility to filter by Online check-in.
