When you implement iDeal payments, your guests may receive a booking confirmation before you see the payment confirmed.

The flow goes like this:

  1. Mews always confirms your guests' bookings so that you do not lose potential revenue.

  2. In parallel, Mews also triggers a Payment request where we ask for payment authorization.

  3. Once the payment is finalized, Mews also sends a Payment confirmation.

  4. You can find information about your guests’ payments in the Customer profile under the Payments tab.
