- Click the search field at the top of the screen.
- Type what you're looking for in the field. Commander will suggest relevant results.
- Click a suggestion from the list to open it.
- If you can’t find the customer, company, or reservation that you’re looking for, you can create a new one from the search results.
Search for a customer, company, or travel agency contract
|Name||Enter the name of the customer, company, or travel agency contract. Note: If you're searching for a customer, you can enter their first name, last name, or full name.|
|Email address||Only customers can be searched for by email address.|
Search for a reservation
|Confirmation number||Reservations are assigned confirmation numbers by Mews, the channel (if they were booked through a channel, such as an OTA), and the channel manager. Enter any of the confirmation numbers assigned to a booking to find it in Commander.|
|Space number||Enter the space number to find all reservations associated with that space. Note: The search results will only show the most recent reservations.|
|Group name||When you search by group name, the search will find all reservations in that group.|
Search for a bill or invoice
You can find a closed bill or invoice by its number. Only enter the number of the bill, not the name. For example, to find "Bill 112," enter "112."
Note: Only closed bills and invoices are assigned a number. If you're looking for an open bill, you need to search for the customer whose profile it is on.
