You can track prepayments of future reservations while not using the deposit function, by using the Accounting ledger. To view the Accounting ledger in Mews Operations, 

• on the Dashboard, in the Finance section, click on , or
• go to the main menu  > Finance > Accounting ledger.

 

To track prepayments of future reservations:

 

1. Select the following filters in the Accounting ledger:

• • Mode: Grouped.
  • Type: Guest ledger.
  • Date: Today

2. Click View report.
3. In the Deposit ledger column, you will see an overview of all prepayments with no consumed revenue posted against them yet.
