The Mews Connector integration and the Mews Connector app connect to hardware devices in your property, such as key cutters and printers, allowing Mews Operations to send commands directly to these devices.
You can view and maintain your Mews Connector integration setup from the DeviceHubs screen in Mews Operations.
Note: DeviceHubs does not display individual connected devices. You can view and edit these in the Mews Connector integration settings. You can learn more about this here.

- Click Save.
Maintaining your Mews Connector integration setups
When you uninstall Mews connector setups from your machine, Mews Operations does not delete them automatically. You can learn more about uninstalling the Mews Connector application here.
You must keep your DeviceHubs page up to date by deleting old setups when removing an existing connector integration setup. This prevents any confusion when troubleshooting errors. Note: Mews displays the error message “DeviceHub Initialization Failed!” when there are more than 10 versions of Mews Connector in DeviceHubs. To resolve this, delete older versions of Mews Connector from DeviceHubs.
To delete a Mews Connector setup in Mews Operations:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Marketplace > My subscriptions.
- Locate the Mews Connector integration. Click on Edit to go to the settings page.
- On the top right corner, click on
Delete.
- To confirm deletion, click Delete.
