Main goals of the channel API certification
The certification process is a test run of a full cycle of your integration to confirm that your solution is able to make proper use of the Channel API. Some criteria that are factored into the evaluation include whether you meet the minimum functionality requirements outlined in the API documentation.
Certification preparation
- Fill in the Certification form with detailed technical and marketing information about the solution that you have built. Make sure to enter your Partner ID, the structure is similar to: INT12345.
- Email [email protected] to schedule a 90-minute certification call. The certification completion may require more than one call, it depends on performance results.

During the call, ARI tests are performed. Make sure the channel manager team can share screens for the Mews team to see updates being processed in real time.

After the call, reservation tests are done by email:

Mews emails reservation scenarios.

The Channel manager emails Mews the confirmation numbers.

Mews sends reservation modification scenarios, comments, and questions.

The Channel manager confirms that modification tests are done.

Mews asks for a full reservation cancellation.

Once certification is successfully completed, the Channel manager enters the pilot stage.
