GlobRes for Mews Operations

You can learn more about GlobRes here.

Here are some things to know before you set up GlobRes for Mews Operations:

  • This integration works in both net and gross pricing environments.
  • Ignore the product codes, GlobRes sends rate-space category combinations with your room and rate codes. These won't be used for mapping.
  • Contact GlobRes support to:
    • Request your room and rate codes.
    • Schedule a date to test the integration together.

Note: If you're already live with Mews, Mews does not configure the entire channel manager integrations for you. If you have any problems fixing the mapping errors within Mews, contact the Mews support team to help you troubleshoot.
