How to access Mews University for Atomize RMS by Mews

Mews University is an e-learning platform created to empower staff within the Mews ecosystem by providing comprehensive training and onboarding resources. You do not need to manually create a Mews University account for your property staff. The Mews system automatically creates Mews University accounts for new users the day after you add them to the RMS. If you need to deactivate or remove a Mews University user account, when your property admin or manager deactivates a user account in the RMS, the system automatically removes the associated account from Mews University the same day.

 

How to access Mews University for Atomize RMS by Mews

After the system creates the Mews University account:

  1. All learners are automatically assigned the following learning paths:
    • Mews Basics
    • Atomize RMS by Mews

Note: These are required learning activities with a two-week due date.

  1. The day after the system assigns the learning paths and the Mews University profile is ready, learners receive an email from [email protected] with instructions to access Mews University. Note: The system sends these emails daily by 10:00 AM CET.
  2. Follow the instructions in the email.

 

You can now access Mews University for Atomize RMS by Mews.
