If you manage a hotel using Cloudbeds, you connect Atomize to start optimizing your rates. You complete this setup from the Cloudbeds platform after you receive your welcome message from Atomize and confirm your integration contract.

What to expect after you complete the setup

 

Step 1: Use the Atomize connection link

1. Click the connection link.
2. In Cloudbeds, click I already have a contract with Atomize.

 

Note: This confirms that Atomize is your approved integration partner and allows Cloudbeds to set up the connection.

 

Step 2: Log in with the correct user

1. If you manage multiple properties in Cloudbeds, do not use a global or multi-property account.
2. Log in with the property-specific user account for the hotel you want to connect.

 

Note: Only a property-level account completes the connection. A multi-property user account results in an error.

 

Step 3: Confirm the connection

After Cloudbeds completes the connection, you see a message that says Connected or Authorized.

 

What to expect after you complete the setup 

Once you see the confirmation, Atomize Onboarding begins the connection process, and they contact you when your integration setup is complete.

 

This connects Atomize with Cloudbeds
