Send the Opera Cloud Interface URL for your property to: [email protected].
This gives Atomize access to the Interface user you created.
First, check which authentication scheme your Opera Cloud environment uses:
- Go to the Developer Portal.
- Click Environments.
- Click View Details for your property.
- Look under Authentication scheme to see which one applies:
- Resource Owner Group (SSD), or
- Client Credentials (OCI).
If your environment uses Resource Owner Group (SSD):
- Atomize creates an Integration User for your property.
- You need to approve this user.
To approve:
- Go to Administration in Opera Cloud.
- Go to Identity Management.
- Open Request Access.
- Approve the Integration User when Atomize notifies you.
If your environment uses Client Credentials (OCI):
- You do not need to approve a user.
- Instead, provide Atomize with your Enterprise ID:
- You can find this in Environment Details in the Developer Portal.
Note: You only need to complete this step if your Opera Cloud environment uses Resource Owner Group (SSD). If you use Client Credentials (OCI), simply provide your Enterprise ID to Atomize.
Once you finish the steps to connect Opera OHIP to Atomize, here’s what happens next:
- Atomize creates the Integration user using the Interface user you provided.
- Atomize configures all necessary business events and connects the two systems.
- Atomize sends you a sign-up form to complete.
- Atomize starts importing and analyzing your data from Opera OHIP.
- The optimization engine begins processing your data to generate pricing recommendations.
- Atomize sends you your login credentials. The system is now ready for use.
Note: Atomize contacts you throughout this process to keep you informed.
