How to create a customer group in Mews POS

Customer groups are an organization tool in Mews POS that allow you organize customer profiles into segments. You can assign customers to specific groups when creating their profiles. You can then name the group in the Mews POS web dashboard.  This allows you to identify special customer categories, such as VIPs or those with specific needs, making it easier to provide tailored services. You can easily see which group a customer belongs to by viewing their profile.

 

To create a customer group from the Mews POS web dashboard:

  1. Click Customers.
  2. Click Groups.
  3. Click .
  4. In the Name text box, enter the name of the customer group.
  5. Click Create.

This creates a new customer group in Mews POS.
